Details

Description:

Onboard cannot be started because python cannot find&load the relevant Python modules.

Additional info:
* package version: onboard-1.4.1-3 python-3.7.0-3
* config and/or log files etc:

```
$ onboard
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/onboard", line 32, in <module>
from Onboard.Exceptions import chain_handler
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'Onboard
```


Steps to reproduce:

Execute in an x terminal `onboard` or `onboard-settings`.

What does `readlink /usr/bin/python3` give you? `echo $PYTHONPATH`? `echo $PYTHONHOME`?

The module is definitely there.

readlink /usr/bin/python3 ===> python3.6

Sorry, it was my fault, I didn't update python package to the latest version. I was running still python-3.6 and onboard expects python-3.7.
