gambas3-gb-form-terminal should depend on gambas3-gb-term. That package and its reverse dependency gambas3-gb-term-form are missing.

The files that need to be packaged in gambas3-gb-term* are currently part of gambas3-runtime.

So the files are already there and already a dep?

Yes, but the files are in the wrong package, according to http://gambaswiki.org/wiki/howto/package#t9.
