Liunx version: 4.17.11-arch1

Steps to reproduce:

i did a pacman -syu to update my arch linux after i rebooted my computer i getting this error (if i wait for a couple seconds before i try to start linux then it can correctly booting into the gui)

Still an issue with 4.18+?

I doubt that error is the problem, whatever your problem is.

This message means that your intel management hatdware is legacy and doesn't support event notification. It's an error mesage you can ignore. Please file a bug upstream to get it converted to something more clear.
