I get the feeling in sources we should write:

perlartistic.txt:http://www.perlfoundation.org/attachment/legal/artistic-2_0.txt

instead of:

perlartistic.txt
http://www.perlfoundation.org/attachment/legal/artistic-2_0.txt

perlartistic.txt is the original artistic license.
artistic-2_0.txt is the perl artistic license 2.0.
Why not just include the license in the sources?
Slightly off topic the text before "The "Artistic License" in perlartistic.txt does not seem to be part of the license [1].
