Description: mpv now uses 150% when watching 1080p h264 video since version 0.29. With the previous version CPU usage was closer to 30%. I tried watching a 4K video encoded

Additional info:
* package version: 0.29
* config: tried many different renderes (vdpau, gpu, xv) and the CPU usage is the same for all of them. cvlc displays normal CPU usage.

Steps to reproduce:

Watch any 1080p video encoded with h264 using mpv 0.29

I have an nvidia gtx 950, could be graphics card specific but I doubt it...

You can try this video to test it:

mpv https://video.toggle.sg/en/video/channels/channel-newsasia/197985

That's only a 720p video and the CPU usage is still very very high.

The issue only happens when using `-ao alsa`, I switched to `-ao pulse` and now everything is fine.
