The current version of tracker-strore (part of the tracker
package) contains a pretty bad memory leak, on my machine it
eats up a few gigabytes of ram in a matter of hours.
Name : tracker Version : 2.1.0-1 The fix was recently commited upstream: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/tracker/commit/990bde3809368983b77bc7c1c9a3bb7242d5933c I am not familiar with the tracker package release cycle, but if a tracker release is not coming for a while then I would like to ask the maintainer to backport this patch to the current package. It is a one-line change. |
