Details

When I try to start drscheme, it dies after the splash screen progress bar has filled, with the following message:

/opt/plt/bin/mred: symbol lookup error: /opt/plt/bin/mred: undefined symbol: XftNameUnparse

according to the plt-mailing list this is a libxft bug.
I've filed a new bug under FS #5952
and please bump the severity. DrScheme is not even starting at the moment.
