Detailsmpv 0.29.0 bumped the waf version used for building to 2.0.9. The community PKGBUILD is still using 1.9.8. I guess it still works for now, but I think it should match what upstream supports to avoid subtle issues in the future. With Python 3.7, building mpv with 1.9.8 will no longer work (that's why upstream bumped waf in the first place).
