Description:
Quoting from [1] "BIND 9.13 is an unstable development release of BIND."
If the bind package going to remain on 9.13 then could the PKGBUILD be updated for incompatible changes with 9.13
the configure options --enable-seccomp --with-idn --enable-filter-aaaa are no longer recognized and the related libraries idnkit' and 'libseccomp' are no longer used.
With the removal of libseccomp upstream expected downstream packagers to employ other protection mechanisms [2] see also  FS#58741  for idnkit replacement.

Yes, I made a mistake updating to 9.13.x (I missed the versioning scheme change).
So far, 9.13 doesn't create too much trouble, so I think I will stay on this unstable branch until 9.14.x and then continue on stable branch.
