When systemd-resolved and systemd-resolvconf are used together with e.g. dhcpcd, the DNS servers and search domains set using resolvconf are not added to systemd-resolved. Backporting https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/5a01b3f35d7b6182c78b6973db8d99bdabd4f9c3 seems to fix this. Please backport commit 5a01b3f35d7b6182c78b6973db8d99bdabd4f9c3 . Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. systemd 239.0-2 systemd-resolvconf 239.0-2 dhcpcd 7.0.5b-1 Steps to reproduce: enable and start dhcpcd.service run `resolvectl status` |

Should this not be reported upstream?

This has already been patched upstream, we just need to build the package with the commit included.

+1 to importing this. This bug breaks /usr/share/openvpn/contrib/pull-resolv-conf/client.up.
