I would like to submit the following mirror:

Mirror domain name:
Geographical location of the mirror (country): Hong Kong
URLs for supported access methods (http(s), rsync) (no ftp): http, https and rsync
Your mirror's available bandwidth: 1 Gbps but can be upgraded
An administrative contact email:
The name of tier 1 mirror you are syncing from. You can find available tier 1 mirrors here (sort using the tier column): rsync://

Server is monitored 24x7. We are interested to become Tier 1 later.

I've added the URLs grouped together with your other mirror here:

It looks like rsync doesn't work. Can you fix that?

> rsync rsync://
@ERROR: chroot failed

As for tier 1, I can't promise anything because we don't want to have too many tier 1 mirrors, but maybe one more in Hong Kong isn't a bad idea. I'll keep this open until next year and decide then.
