Description:
VLC cannot render ARIB STD B24 subtitles. I tested the same version of VLC in Windows with the same video file and it rendered the subtitles correctly.
Not quite sure whether it's an upstream issue or not. I tried re-compiling the package with "--enable-aribsub" explicitly and the subtitles still didn't show up. Also tried https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vlc-git/, no luck either.
Searched the issue in VLC's bug tracker, nothing interesting found.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a TS video file which contains an ARIB STD B24 subtitle track
2. Select the subtitle track
3. Error: Codec not supported: VLC could not decode the format "arba" (ARIB subtitles (A-profile))
