This seems rather exclusive, why not provide *all* manpages...

Looking at https://www.tug.org/texlive/Contents/live/texmf-dist/doc/man/ there do seem to be lots of them available.

Great, thanks a lot for helping out. But if it's possible, don't include those man pages which are in pdf.

Fixed. manpages will now be located in the same package as the commands (texlive-bin or core or langcyrillic)
