Description:
I use eclipse since many years,

after upgrading eclipse-common 4.8.1 and eclipse-java 4.8.2 I notice a bug :

- all my eclipse softwares installed (pydev, java EE) don't work, and I don't see the regular window "upgrade software", usually when a new version of eclipse is installed this window should appear, but with eclipse 4.8.2 it's not the case,

I tried to reinstall pydev software but it doesn't work, eclipse 4.8.2 doesn't found the update link site,

the only solution I found is to downgrade eclipse to the 4.8.1 version

the bug is fixed with eclipse-common-4.9-1 and eclipse-java-4.9-1 packages
