Description:
pacman-contrib ships some vim config files for ease of editing of PKGBUILD files (vim/ftdetect/PKGBUILD.vim, vim/syntax/PKGBUILD.vim). It could additionally ship vim/ftplugin/PKGBUILD.vim and set the 'commentstring' option to '#\ %s' in it (just like the default ftplugin/sh.vim shipped by upstream vim does): this enables, in particular, commenting plugings (e.g. https://github.com/tomtom/tcomment_vim) to know how toggle comments on PKGBUILDs.

Additional info:
* package version(s): pacman-contrib 1.0.0-2.

Patches welcome. I personally do not use the pkgbuild Vim plugin.
