Setting SHELL environment variable doesn't work any more. pipenv uses `PIPENV_SHELL` to set that explicitely now: https://github.com/pypa/pipenv/pull/2363.

This despite that they say "The old SHELL introspection is kept as a fallback if detection fails". Nice.
