Description:

Wine staging is compiled without FFmpeg 4.
This prevents it from playing some sounds related to xaudio 2.7.

The support for ffmpeg landed in the latest 3.12 release of Wine staging.
It is related to the following wine issue: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39402
