DetailsJava 9 is EOL since March 2018 [1], as is OpenJDK 9 [2]. The corresponding packages should therefore be removed or moved to AUR.
Since the OpenJDK project (or rather: RedHat) intends to continue supporting OpenJDK 8 until October 2020 [3] and OpenJDK 7 until June 2020 [4], and newer releases will only get support for 6 months each, it might make sense to provide one generic "jre-openjdk"/"jdk-openjdk"/"openjdk-doc" /"openjdk-src" set of packages (without the Java version being part of the package name) for the non-LTS releases, and keep the current naming scheme only for the LTS releases (OpenJDK 7, 8 and soon 11). Otherwise, with the current naming scheme, users will end up with an EOL Java on their system every 6 months.
