Description:
xorg-server-xwayland is required to start gnome-shell under wayland. With minimal gnome installation of only gnome-shell without gdm, xorg-server-xwayland isn't installed as dependency, which prevents gnome from being started on wayland from command line. xorg-server-xwayland should be added as dependency for gnome-session, or maybe gnome-shell itself, to fulfill the dependency for minimal installations.
