the command run in gtk2.install should also be in an install file for librsvg.
else gtk2 programs won't reconise the svg files!.

usr/bin/gtk-query-immodules-2.0 >etc/gtk-2.0/gtk.immodules
usr/bin/gdk-pixbuf-query-loaders >etc/gtk-2.0/gdk-pixbuf.loaders
same as that? same filename?

Does it read from librsvg.loaders/modules too? because that would make the remove() cleaner.

I think you could do an if statement to look if gtk is installed (gtk-query-immodules-2.0 should exist then), and then run these commands as both postinstall and remove. Don't know if we have a post_remove though.

Yeah, it's a trivial fix, I'm just waiting on gnome 2.6 to commit changes.
