Description:
quassel-core package is the server side component of the Quassel application. It has no direct user interface and is designed to run on a headless server, if desired.

In what appears to be a packaging error, when attempting to install quassel-core on a headless (virtual) server today pacman required the installation of libgl, mesa and wayland, along with the rest of the graphics stack. This is obviously undesirable on a headless webserver.

I believe these dependancies are caused by qt5-base being included as a dependency. quassel is build using the qt5 libs, however this should not require the existance of the full qt5 graphics stack. This is evidenced by quassel providing a statically linked copy of the quassel-core binary.

To this end I believe to resolve this issue we need to either adjust the dependencies of quassel-core until the graphics stack is no longer pulled in.
Or if this proves unfeasible modify the package to create a statically linked binary, leaving qt as only a build dependency.

Additional info:
* package version: quassel-core 0.12.5-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. attempt to install quassel-core:0.12.5-1 on a headless arch installation.
2. Note that it is trying to install mesa, wayland, and libgl as well as a lot of other dependencies
