Details

Description: The python2-cachecontrol (0.12.5-1) depends on python-msgpack-0.5.6-1 instead of the python2 version of that package, python2-msgpack-0.5.6-1.
As a result, python 3 is pulled in to satisfy the mistaken dependency.

Steps to reproduce:
`pacman -S python2-cachecontrol` results in

`Packages (3) python-3.6.5-3 python-msgpack-0.5.6-1 python2-cachecontrol-0.12.5-1`
