python2-django-1.11.13 is missing.

The 1-11-13 release is maintained until 2020!

As Arch we always package the latest and greatest. Python 2 is on it's way out, therefore I've updated django to 2.0 and I'm removing the python2 variant from the repos.

I maintain seahub on aur, and python2-django is a dependence. On x86_x64 architecture the package is in the repo. But for others arch e.g (arm) it seems that it use your PKBUILD and the package is no longer on the depot.
I make my tests are done on x86_64 so I did not see the problem ..
