Updating to extra/mailman 2.1.8-3 makes mailman not work anymore, caused by wrong file permission settings.

Workaround: cd /home/mailman && bin/check_perms -f

I wonder if anyone is actually using this package for serious mailing lists without getting headaches on every update? Second, I wonder, wether the package maintainer himself actually uses this package or does testing on it?

I've added this to the install/update script, as it seems like the most surefire way to set the permissions properly.

This is in 2.1.9-1 which is now in testing. Can you try it and let me know how your upgrade goes?

For the record, I'm now doing a LOT more testing on Mailman than I used to be!

With 2.1.9-2, this now does backup on the proper mm_cfg.py configuration file and should be fixing permissions on upgrade.

Feedback requested from others. I'll be closing this bug on 2/4 if no further feedback.
