Description:

Currently the PKGBUILD just repackages precompiled blobs, we should build from source code instead of shipping magically precompiled binary files.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as I understand, the following are:
* Source code repository: git://git.jetbrains.org/idea/community.git
* Mirror on GitHub: https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-community
* Build instructions (including command-line way for ant tool): https://www.jetbrains.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=983225

Current package version at the time of this report is: 2:2018.1.4-1

Would be happy to look at this myself, but having not enough free time and next to no experience in Arch packaging, not sure when I'll be able to do that. So if anyone is interested in resolving this issue before that, please go ahead.

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  I don't see a good reason to do so since there are no real gains from maybe good gut feeling.
