Description:
In the default installation of package nginx 1.14.0-1,
/etc/nginx/mime.types is missing, but it is referred to by /etc/nginx.conf
causing error when trying to start nginx.service

Steps to reproduce:
After installing nginx 1.14.0-1, try to start nginx.service

sudo systemctl start nginx.service
Job for nginx.service failed because the control process exited with error code.

sudo systemctl status nginx.service
open() "/etc/nginx/mime.types" failed (2: No such file or directory) in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf:18

Cause:
/etc/nginx/nginx.conf refers to /etc/nginx/mime.types but that file is missing in the package
