If so, you have to install the new package aspnetcore-runtime.
For now it's available on AUR (https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/aspnetcore-runtime/), and a patch has been submitted in task
FS#58806.2) You haven't provided any useful information to figure out what's going on here.
