Sbt has supported offline installation since 0.13.15. It needs "rsync" to be installed. So, please add "rsync" as an optdepends to the sbt package. Additional info: * sbt >= 0.13.15 Steps to reproduce: - remove ~/.sbt, ~/.ivy2 - run sbt command - It will download all needed files from the internet which shouldn't be. |
