Description:
GIMP crashes when trying to export image as ICO

Additional info:
* Version: 2.10.2
* GIMPs "Bug Information" is attached
* Terminal output is attached

Steps to reproduce:
* Create image
* File -> Export
* Change the extension to "ico"
* Press "Export"
