Description:
OpenCV package is now broken as libgfortran.so.4 is missing in the new gcc-libs package. Unlinke libgfortran.so.3 or libgfortran.so.5, libgfortran.so.4 is nowhere to be found (pacman -Fs libgfortran.so.4).

Additional info:
