Hello,

Starting with .NET Core 2.1, the ASP.NET runtime is split from the main .NET Core runtime, and Microsoft started providing a new package called aspnetcore-runtime.

Joined to this bug report, you can find a patch adding this new package and replacing the source with the one that includes everything.
