Description: Since upgrading to latest xf86-video-ati and xorg-server no cursor is shown with openbox

Solved by downgrading from xorg-server 1.20.0-2 xf86-video-ati 1:18.0.1-2 to xf86-video-ati-1:18.0.1-1 xorg-server-1.19.6 xorg-server-common-1.19.6

Actually, xf86-video-ati seems quiet buggy, you should remove it and try with modesetting driver

Happens with i3 as well when hovering over the window title bar or in webkit2gtk apps in general. Happens also in an empty workspace in i3 (I modified i3 not close workspaces when they're empty, but verified that it happens with the stock i3, too) when only the X root window is visible.
