DetailsPlease add 'Database' to the Categories in the desktop file, so that they are shown in this group of the menu in KDE, or that they are matched when using app-folders in GNOME.

The pgadmin3.desktop comes from upstream, you should discuss it with them.

Fixed in dbeaver 5.0.6-1 in community-testing (for tycho 1.1.0 changes)
