This has been going on for a while - x86_64 packages are not updated on archweb, only 'any' packages are.

Arojas wants kde-unstable to show up for all users and not in the signoff page which means the repository type can't be staging or testing, we need to extend the repo model with an extra type called 'unstable' and adjust the check to include unstable.

Also make sure the kde-unstable packages show up and don't show up in the signoff page.
