Did you try with modesetting driver?

No, I didin't. I will try as soon as I find some spare time and then will report back here. Thanks for now.

I uninstalled xf86-video-ati and now the problem is gone, so your suggestion about using the modesetting driver fixed the issue. Thanks lordheavy.

On my system this update only breaks the graphics on the second monitor. I have a radeon rx480, but it is not fixed by uninstalling xf86-video-ati. Reverting back to 1.19 does fix it.

Rx480 dont needs or loads the radeon driver stack, so it wont end up with ati/radeon Xorg driver. It's a "pure" amdgpu card.

BTW no iddues with radeon (R7 240, R9 290) or AMDGPU (R9 380, R5 2400G, (+experimental) R7 240, R9 290) for me. Everything just works

Ah yes my mistake, I forced it to use AMDGPU now and it works. Thanks Tids!

Users of xf86-video-ati driver, you should file a bug upstream at https://bugs.freedestop.org, and as a workaround, use the modesetting driver
