Description:

For some reason, wine 3.8 causes issues, like https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45230
It works with wine 3.7.

However, when compiling wine-3.8 manually from source it does work - compiling from the PKGBUILD doesn't work though.

Steps to reproduce:
Follow the wine bug report link, download the executable, and install it in a fresh WINEPREFIX.
Then just click on the big blue button to install, click the new blue button, it then closes and the console tells you that '"gdi32.dll" failed to initialize, aborting'
