Description:

When the Qtile WM package version 0.11.1-2 is installed using pacman, it could not be run right away since the "python-setuptools" package is not installed as a dependency.

Steps to reproduce:
sudo pacman -S qtile
qtile

To Resolve (temporarily):
sudo pacman -S python-setuptools
