Plugin Heal is missing : In menu Filter / Improvment no Heal plugin appears even with update to version 2.10.6

Steps to reproduce:

With version 2.8.22 I could use gimp-lugin-resynthetizer. But with version 2.10 plugins seem to be integrated and packages AUR are obsolete.

Do you by accident mean the "Heal Tool"? It can be found under: Tools > Paint Tools > Heal.
I used Gimp Version 2.10.12 to look it up.
