So this was built for staging, against a package in testing, and then moved to community without libtoxcore. I'm not sure why libtoxcore has been in testing for so long though.

toxcore was stucked in testing to wait for utox be compatible with c-toxcore 0.2.x 's new API.
Sorry for the delay. I have released toxcore 1:0.2.1 into community, and toxcore 1:0.2.2 is on its way with qtox 1.15 and relatives.
I will close this task for now.
