Description:
When I want to install gimp (2.10.0-4), Pacman errors out with: gimp: /usr/libexec existiert im Dateisystem (german for /usr/libexec already exists in filesystem)

Steps to reproduce:
Install gimp on a recently updated system, where gimp has not been installed before.
