The package needs to be rebuilt after upgrading to gcc 8 since the soname for libgfortran has changed. Additional info: * suitesparse 5.2.0-1 * gcc-fortran 8.1.0-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Get latest updates 2. ldd /usr/lib/libcholmod.so (I actually noticed this by starting julia which has a dependency on the system cholmod library.) |
