These two packages are built from a single PKGBUILD, so reporting two at once. Currently the PKGBUILD just repackages precompiled blobs, we should build from source code instead of shipping magically precompiled binary files. No this is not the source code for both packages, source-build is for building complete packages, and again, feel free to fix their build process.
