nvidia-390xx{,-dkms,-lts} and nvidia-390xx-utils should have the same conflicts/provides as the 340xx branch

What is currently missing (there may be more, best just to copy it from 340xx I guess):

nvidia-390xx{,-dkms,-lts} should conflict with nvidia
nvidia-390xx-utils should provide nvidia-utils (this is to satisfy the dependency of nvidia-settings)
