Details

Description:
After upgrading my system to gcc 8, I now get the following error about not being able to load libgfortran.so.4:

$ julia
WARNING: Error during initialization of module CHOLMOD:
ErrorException("could not load library "libcholmod"
libgfortran.so.4: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory")

Additional info:
* version julia-2:0.6.2-8

Steps to reproduce:
* Get latest OS updates
* Start julia
