Description:
Archlinux packages aren't build with Intel MPX[1] so enabling it in kernel config doesn't bring anything valuable. Moreover it's mostly unmaintained and seriously considered for removal from both kernel[2] and gcc[3]. In documentation it's described[4] that it make kernel slightly larger and add some memory overhead. Considering above, getting rid of it seems like no-brainier to me.
