The deepin-manual dependency can be optional: if it's not installed, the Help item is hidden. Since it's a huge dependency, please move it to optdepends.

I moved deepin-manual from depends to optdepends in the following packages:
- deepin-file-manager
- deepin-image-viewer
- deepin-terminal
