Summary and Info:

Copyright and warranty notices in translations are somewhat repeated (at least 4 times), with only slight modifications in each one.

Would be nicer to have the notices cut up into re-usable pieces and fixed (untranslatable) strings such as years, names and emails inserted through params. Something like this, I guess:

string1: Copyright (c) %d-%d Pacman Development Team <%s>.
string2: Copyright (C) %d-%d Judd Vinet <%s>.

(Or maybe just parametrize the name as well? I'm not sure if "Pacman Development Team" benefits from translation.)

string3: This is free software; see the source for copying conditions.
string4: There is NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by law.
