Description:
cantata 2.3 supports by default remote devices access with samba and ssh
sshfs is needed for this, but I'm not sure if it uses smbclient for samba access.
It would be useful to have them as optional dependencies.

I skimmed through the code, and it looks like it uses avahi for samba access (and to find mpd servers).
