The upgrade to python-jedi 0.12 broke completion in gnome-builder since it seems to depend
on a private API of jedi.

The two failing imports are:

from jedi.evaluate.compiled import _create_from_name
from jedi.evaluate.context import Context

This issue also resides in the current git master: c91805279d144c78468a0200a38a336f1def2fe6

An upstream issue regarding it is here. patch is attached, I'll upstream it asap.
