If the 'nvidia-settings' program is run a GUI appears, and when the user changes any of the available options it saves a config file in the home directory under the file name .nvidia-settings-rc. This should be done automagically, but it does not occur for some reason and so the command 'nvidia-settings --load-config-only' must be run either manually or in a script.

Reason for closing:  Won't fix
Additional comments about closing:  This should be done by your session startup or de startup script, we don't have any access to those, so this won't be fixed.
